Once the EV charging station has be installed and electrified, the next step in the process is commissioning the unit. In this process, an EVChargePower team member will hold a meeting with the owner-operator to set up system preferences such as: user payment options, daily hours of operations, and any other customizable feature. We will walk you through the software and make sure there is a clear understanding on how to control your unit and track activity.
Although EVChargePower does work with the most dependable manufactures, maintenance can be necessary. In the event of an issue, EVChargePower is committed to resolving the problem in a timely manner.
